About the job

We are seeking an exceptional sales manager to lead our Rancho Labs sales segment, playing a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and achieving ambitious targets. You will be a strategic thinker and a highly motivated leader, building and inspiring a high-performing sales team dedicated to exceeding customer expectations.

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Rancho Labs, aligned with overall company goals
2. Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop a top-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability
3. Set and manage individual and team sales targets, tracking progress and implementing corrective actions when necessary
4. Manage the sales pipeline, effectively qualifying leads and converting them into paying customers
5. Negotiate and close deals, securing contracts that are profitable and beneficial for both Rancho Labs and its customers
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, advocating for Rancho Labs' products and services
7. Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity
8. Generate detailed reports and present performance data to senior management
9. Participate in product development discussions, providing valuable insights from the sales perspective

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales management role, ideally within the ed-tech industry

2. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth

3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a sales team

4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

5. Deep understanding of the sales process and ability to identify and qualify leads

6. Proficient in CRM software and data analysis tools

7. A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset

8. Passionate about Rancho Labs' mission and values
