This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Pune.
Key responsibilities:
1. Managing a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining relationships with existing customers, e-commerce order fulfillment, and identifying new business opportunities
2. Getting involved in the pricing and negotiation of contracts, as well as monitoring market trends and competitor activity

Qualifications:
1. 2-3 years of experience in sales management and team leadership
2. Bachelor's degree
3. Preferred expertise in e-commerce order fulfilment
4. Preferred experience in design management
5. Dynamic, prompt, has an eagerness to learn
6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
7. Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
8. Knowledge of the bed linen and household products industry
9. Strong customer relationship management skills
10. Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
11. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, Shopify backend, social media apps
