Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership and Management:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback.

2. Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet the company's objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets.

3. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong and long-lasting customer relationships.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
- Oversee key account management and ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Sales Operations:
- Monitor sales metrics and performance reports.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with our company policies and regulations.
- Manage sales operations and processes to improve efficiency.

5. Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and market segments.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with other businesses and stakeholders.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
