Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the lighting industry. This mid-level, full-time position is based in Pune, catering to individuals with a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of work experience. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving our sales strategy and achieving targeted growth.

Qualifications and Skills
Proven work experience in sales management within the lighting industry, with a minimum of 4 years.
In-depth knowledge of sales strategy development (Mandatory skill).
Comprehensive product knowledge in the lighting industry (Mandatory skill).
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written (Mandatory skill).
Expertise in client relationship management, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.
Ability to conduct thorough market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
Excellent negotiation skills to close deals effectively and efficiently.
Strong team leadership capabilities to mentor and guide the sales team.
Proficiency in sales forecasting and setting realistic targets.

Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the lighting industry.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Identify market opportunities and analyze market trends to drive strategic sales initiatives.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance and meet sales objectives.
Conduct regular sales forecasting and performance analysis to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitable business growth.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and activities to boost sales.
