Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets in Mumbai's real estate market.
2. Build and maintain relationships with HNI and UHNI clients, providing tailored property solutions.
4. Conduct market analysis to track trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
4. Collaborate with marketing for lead generation and ensure successful lead-to-sale conversions.
6. Organize property site visits, highlighting key features to potential buyers.
6. Negotiate and close property deals while ensuring compliance with legal documentation.
8. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analyze performance metrics for management.
9. Sales negotiation & CRM.
