Job Description: Sales Executive / Sales Officer

Location: Bangalore

Generating leads through cold calling converting leads into customer for the company across Bangalore
Travels to customer sites for face-to-face meetings to gather information about their businesses and identify opportunities for solutions.
Builds successful partnerships with key stakeholders at all levels of customers organizations to cultivate relationships.
Generate revenue opportunities across all product and service lines.
Presents solutions to customers to gain approval of proposals and move forward with the sales process.
Visits customers to confirm their satisfaction with company products and services and to identify. Issues that need to be addressed.
Meets with customers to discuss complaints, Invoices submission and payment collections.
Co-ordination with Operations and CRM team for handling the respective customers.

Education & Experience:

Experience in generating new and repeat sales by providing services and technical information.
Experience in conduction customer and competitive analysis.
Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships.
Good listening skills and the ability to anticipate business needs.
Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.

Strong command over English, Hindi, Kannada languages and having 2 Wheeler.

Education Diploma or Graduation.
