About the job

1. Identifying potential customers: The sales officer is responsible for identifying potential customers and targeting them for sales.

2. Conducting market research: The sales officer must conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.

3. Reporting Sales data: Updating daily report, monitor sales data to track performance against targets. The sales officer must attend sales team meetings. The sales officer must maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer information and sales transaction.

4. Building relationships with customers: The sales officer must build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

5. Conducting sales meetings: The sales officer must conduct sales meetings to present products and services to potential customers and close sales deals.

6. Handling sales inquiries: The sales officer must respond to customer inquiries about products and services and provide necessary information.

7. Achieving sales targets: The sales officer is responsible for achieving sales targets set by the sales manager.

8. Providing feedback: The sales officer must provide feedback to the sales manager on market trends, customer needs, and sales performance.

9. Collecting Payment: Collecting payment from customer for the delivered products and for the full & final settlement of outstanding payment.
