Key responsibilities:
1. Achieve monthly targets for Motor and Health insurance sales
2. Recruit, build, develop, and train advisors from the open market
3. Ensure a minimum number of advisors are recruited per month
4. Generate business by visiting and engaging with motor dealers in the assigned area
5. Generate business through visits and alignment with bank branches
6. Graduates/Postgraduates in Sales and Marketing preferred
7. Freshers or candidates with sales experience in the Insurance or BFSI sector are welcome to apply

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,50,000 /year
