Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Territory Sales Executive to join our team at SkyRoots Ventures LLP. As a Territory Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales in the assigned territory, maintaining strong relationships with distributors, and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time position based in Surat, Gujarat, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in the FMCG industry.

Qualifications and Skills

1 to 3 years of experience in FMCG sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record in achieving sales targets
Strong knowledge of the sales process
Ability to travel within the assigned territory
Experience in distributor handling and primary sales would be an advantage
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve sales targets
Identify new business opportunities and assess market potential
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers
Provide product information and support to distributors and customers
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and conferences
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations
Ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
Conduct regular market visits and identify areas for improvement
