Key responsibilities:

1. Attending to customers who visit our store and providing them with the best solution possible
2. Working on answering all the queries of the customers related to the products
3. Assisting customers with queries and providing solutions quickly
4. Working on possessing excellent product knowledge to inform and increase sales
5. Following up on orders to prevent delay
6. Helping with updating the product inventory
7. Working on cleaning the customer area during quiet times to ensure a neat appearance
8. Working on ensuring that each customer leaves the store satisfied
