Sales Representative Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations
2. Setting goals and developing business and revenue growth
3. Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
4. Attending conferences and waste management-related events
5. Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
6. Setting goals for the business and developing strategies to meet the goals
7. Ensuring solutions stated in the statement of work are best practice and in line with client requirements
8. Managing the sales bid processes by responding to RFIs & RFPs
9. Working closely with sales to ensure the successful closure of the sales process
10. Keeping up with product and industry developments as well as competitor landscapes
11. Reporting at the end of every day as to how many calls were made and whom they connected with and what was the traction

Requirements:

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and adept at working with multiple stakeholders
2. Strong communication and IT fluency
3. A self-starter with presentation skills
4. Prior experience in sales, marketing, or related field
5. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
6. Excellent organizational skills
7. Some years of relevant experience
