We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing walk-in clients at our store and reaching out to leads generated from our ad campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, and Google. Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and assist walk-in clients, providing a tailored and premium shopping experience.
2. Understand client needs and preferences, offering personalized product recommendations.
3. Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
4. Call and follow up with leads generated through social media and online ad campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, Google).
5. Handle inquiries, schedule consultations, and convert leads into sales.
6. Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize client outreach and feedback.
8. Ensure the store's visual merchandising is aligned with the brand's luxury aesthetics.

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 2,52,000 /year
