We are looking for a 'Sales Team Leader' to manage and drive our team of telecallers, ensuring high lead conversion and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the telesales team to achieve sales targets.
2. Monitor and improve lead conversion rates by guiding and mentoring the team.
3. Train and motivate telecallers to enhance their sales skills and performance.
4. Ensure timely follow-ups on leads and effective client communication.
5. Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue.
6. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to improve team efficiency.
7. Coordinate with the field sales team to close deals and schedule site visits.
8. Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. Minimum qualification graduate preferred
2. Candidates with minimum experience of 2-3 years in Sales in Real Estate
3. Ability to handle high-value transactions and maintain professionalism.
4. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital sales strategies.
5. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
