About the job

The 'sales telecaller' will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate products or services. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound calls:
a. Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads and databases.
b. Introduce the company's products or services, explaining features and benefits.
c. Identify and qualify potential customers through effective questioning and listening.
d. Record and update customer information in the CRM system accurately.

2. Sales targets:
a. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
b. Follow up with potential customers to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

3. Customer interaction:
a. Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and current customers.
b. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

4. Product knowledge:
a. Stay updated on the company's products or services and industry trends.
b. Provide accurate information to customers about product features, pricing, and availability.

Effective Communication English Proficiency (Spoken) Hindi Proficiency (Spoken) Sales

Other requirements

1. The candidate should have good communication skills and should be fluent in English, Hindi, and Tamil/Kannada.

2. The candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.

3. The candidate should have a proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar sales/customer service role.

4. The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. The candidate should have the ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities.

6. The candidate should have strong sales skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.

7. The candidate should have proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.

8. The candidate should have good organizational and time management skills.
