Job Overview
Brick & Bolt is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer to join our team. This is a full-time, mid-level position based in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of work experience. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for delivering comprehensive sales training programs to our sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively sell our products and services.

Qualifications and Skills
Coaching (Mandatory skill) - Proven track record in coaching sales teams to achieve and exceed targets.
Product Knowledge (Mandatory skill) - Deep understanding of construction-related products and services.
Communication Skills (Mandatory skill) - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Training Delivery - Expertise in designing and delivering engaging training programs.
Sales Techniques - Proficiency in various sales techniques and their practical application.
Motivation - Ability to motivate and inspire sales teams to reach their full potential.
Sales Process - Strong understanding of the end-to-end sales process.
Presentation Skills - Effective presentation skills to convey information clearly and convincingly.

Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales training programs that address the needs of the sales team.
Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
Provide one-on-one coaching to sales representatives to enhance their performance.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and integrate them into training modules.
Collaborate with the sales management team to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions.
Monitor and report on sales performance to identify areas requiring additional training and support.
Create a positive learning environment that encourages growth and development.
