Roles and Responsibilities:
Design and deliver training programs for sales team members to enhance their product
knowledge, selling skills, and customer engagement techniques.
Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online modules, tailored to
different learning styles and experience levels.
Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust
content as needed.
Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives to improve their performance
and achieve sales targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and best practices in sales training
methodologies.
Collaborate with sales and HR teams to identify training needs and develop training plans.
