1. Collaborate with business systems analysts and IT specialists to design and deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions
2. Develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, VisualForce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrate with various APIs (REST, SOAP)
3. Maintain a deep understanding of Salesforce.com s functionality and best practices, and contribute to the strategic direction of our Salesforce implementation
4. Manage project queues and scheduled releases, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines
5. Drive solution design, including requirement analysis, platform configuration, and the development of complex workflows and custom solutions
6. Stay current with Salesforce updates and new technologies, applying continuous learning to practical applications
Requirements:
1. Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in Salesforce application development
2. Strong proficiency in Apex programming, VisualForce, LWC, and Salesforce API integrations
3. Excellent analytical skills, with a proven track record of understanding trends and leveraging data for business improvements
4. Outstanding communication skills, capable of tailoring complex solutions to various audiences
5. Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive and positive approach to handling challenges and disruptions
1. Experience with Field Service Lightning and Vlocity considered a strong plus
2. Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment
3. Demonstrated willingness to engage in continuous learning and training opportunities
