Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in day-to-day operations, including handling client calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth service delivery
2. Oversee billing procedures, manage payments, and ensure accurate financial records
3. Develop an in-depth understanding of salon services, products, and industry trends to effectively support operations and customer inquiries
