Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Materials Management Consultant with a strong background in SAP MM consulting and S/4 Hana. The ideal candidate will possess 8-10 years of relevant experience and have participated in multiple end-to-end implementation projects. This role requires excellent communication skills, team leadership experience, and the ability to manage both onsite customer engagements and offshore teams.

Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 8-10 years of SAP MM Consulting Experience with S/4 Hana experience preferred.
Minimum 3-5 End to End Implementation (Handling Requirement Gathering, BBP, Realization, UAT, Go-Live Phases) as an Independent Consultant as well as leading a team of 3-5 members.
Experience handling customers, preferably deployed at customer locations, and managing offshore teams.
Experience in working for large legal entity implementation and rollouts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with multiple implementation vendors is beneficial.
Good academics and job stability are mandatory prerequisites.

Roles and Responsibilities
Lead and execute SAP MM implementation projects independently and as part of a team.
Handle project phases including requirement gathering, BBP, realization, UAT, and go-live.
Manage client relationships and provide on-site and remote support as required.
Coordinate with offshore and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Continuously engage with multiple implementation vendors to optimize project outcomes.
