SCM Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Check all related documents (invoice, challan, warranty on letterhead, PBG, CPG, etc.)
2. Submit the original document to the accounting department and keep a xerox copy for record
3. Check the hydra bill, submit it for approval, and then submit the approved copy to the accounts department
4. Check the preparation of the payment disbursement list of vendors as per purchase order terms & conditions
5. Prepare payment disbursement list of vendors as per purchase order terms & conditions
6. Prepare monthly bank stock statements and stock audit compliance (internal & external)
7. Check physical stock and submit the report
8. Submit documents of dead stock and disposal material at the store
9. Work on daily stock entry in Tally
10. Maintain records of all account activity
