Job Overview

We are hiring a Scrum Master to join our team at OptimHire. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating the agile development process and ensuring the team follows Scrum principles and practices. This is a full-time position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Qualifications and Skills

1-2 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile development environment
Strong knowledge and understanding of Scrum principles and practices
Experience in facilitating Scrum meetings and ceremonies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and inspire the team
Knowledge of Internet of Things (IoT), AI, and Machine Learning is a plus
Ability to understand and prioritize customer requirements

Roles and Responsibilities

Facilitate the agile development process and act as a servant leader for the team
Guide and coach the team on Scrum principles and practices
Organize and facilitate Scrum meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective
Remove any impediments or obstacles that may prevent the team from achieving their sprint goals
Promote continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and manage the product backlog
Support the team in estimating, planning, and delivering high-quality software increments
Ensure the team understands and follows Agile and Scrum values, principles, and practices
