Key Responsibilities:

1. SEO strategy & execution: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page & off-page).
2. Team leadership & mentorship: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SEO specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. This includes task delegation, performance reviews, and skill development.
3. Technical SEO: Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve issues.
4. On-page optimization: Oversee on-page optimization (keywords, content, meta tags).
5. Off-page optimization: Execute off-page optimization (link building, content marketing).
6. Content strategy: Collaborate on SEO-friendly content strategy.
7. Performance analysis & reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance.
8. Competitive analysis: Conduct a thorough competitive analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
9. Algorithm adaptation: Stay up-to-date with the latest search engine algorithm updates and adapt SEO strategies accordingly.
10. Budget management: Manage SEO budget effectively, ensuring optimal ROI on all initiatives.
11. Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with other marketing teams.

Note: Candidates will be given preference who have experience in the agency.
