We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SEM specialist to join our marketing team immediately or within 15 days. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing high-budget paid search campaigns to drive targeted traffic, increase conversions, and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign management: Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms.
2. Keyword research & ad creation: Conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copy, and design effective landing pages.
3. Bid & budget management: Monitor and adjust bidding strategies; efficiently allocate high monthly budgets.
4. Performance analysis: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
5. A/B testing & competitor analysis: Implement A/B testing and perform competitor analysis to continually improve outcomes.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and achieve overall goals.
7. Staying updated: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and SEM platform changes.
