Senior Accountant Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain financial records, including general ledger accounts and financial statements
2. Review financial documents and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance
3. Perform financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions
4. Prepare and review annual/quarterly budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
5. Develop and implement economic policies and procedures in the company
6. Review and process vendor invoices with accurate booking of TDS/GST
7. Provide timely financial information to support decision-making processes
8. Possess a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
9. Have 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance
10. Demonstrate good technical knowledge in tax and accounting
11. Exhibit a strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
12. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
13. Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
14. Pay attention to detail and accuracy in financial data analysis and reporting
15. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
16. Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills
17. Have excellent knowledge to file GST/TDS returns
