Maintaining accurate financial records.
Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.
Computing taxes. Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
Book Purchase Vouchers against P.O & Non P.O.
Vendor Payments through different modes.
Passing entry all type of Vouchers JV, Purchase & Debit /Credit note).
Vendor Reconciliation, Bank Reconciliation.
Bank handling & other bank related works like: making D.D., T.T., RTGS, NEFT, Ch. Deposit & issue and withdraw of cash.
Making Sale Invoices of any Billing Software.
Sale Tax D1, C4 & C form reminder send to party & deposit in Sale Tax time to time.
Monthly GSTIN return filing.
Prepare Debit note and Credit note.
Issue form 38 and C4 form to creditors party.
D1, C4 & C form reminder send to party & deposit in Sale Tax time to time.
Journal accounting daily.
Sales Register & Purchase Register Scrutiny monthly.
Making Sale Invoices of any Billing Software.
Preparing Reminders for the outstanding payments.
Making invoice cost sheet in excel.
Making daily base stores stock list in excel.
