About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. D2C sales management: Reconcile sales from our website and e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.), as well as quick-commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, etc.).
2. B2B sales management: Handle accounting and invoicing for B2B clients, ensuring timely payments and accurate ledger maintenance.
3. Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, PT, and other statutory compliances.
4. Maintain up-to-date ledgers for all transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting principles.
5. Assist with various accounting tasks, including payroll, expense management, and internal audits.
6. Collaborate with external auditors by providing required data in the correct format.
7. Prepare monthly financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 3 years of experience.

1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

3. Proven experience managing accounts for D2C businesses and third-party marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).

4. Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations.

5. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, MyBillBook, or similar) and Excel.

6. Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

7. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
