Senior Accountant Job

We are looking for an experienced 'Senior Accountant' with strong expertise in GST, finalization, taxation, and Spectrum software. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 to 5 years of hands-on experience with Spectrum software and a solid understanding of accounting principles and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. GST Compliance & Filing: Ensure timely GST computation, filing, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
2. Finalization of Accounts: Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
3. Taxation: Handle direct and indirect taxation, including filing returns and assisting in tax audits.
4. Software Proficiency: Work extensively with Spectrum software for accounting, reporting, and financial analysis.
5. Financial Reporting: Generate MIS reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
6. Audit & Compliance: Assist in internal and statutory audits and ensure adherence to accounting regulations.
7. Liaison with Stakeholders: Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Educational Background: B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter or equivalent in Accounting & Finance.
2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in GST, taxation, and finalization of accounts.
3. Hands-on experience with Spectrum software (minimum 4-5 years is mandatory).
4. Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and tax laws.
5. Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong communication and team management abilities.
7. Detail-oriented and well-organized with the ability to meet deadlines.
