Role Description: This is a full-time Finance & Accounts Senior Associate role with Unibots, located onsite in New Delhi. The Finance & Accounts Senior Associate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial statements and reports, maintaining accounting controls and procedures, and analyzing budgets and financial performance.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor s/ Professional degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
2. 2+ years of experience in accounting and finance roles, with a focus on accounting and financial analysis
3. Experience with financial statement preparation, analysis, and reporting
4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
5. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to identify and interpret financial data and business trends
6. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
7. Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
8. Experience in the Advertising Technology space is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the Accounting Manager in overseeing all financial activities of Unibots, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
2. Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making
3. Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts, investigating discrepancies and implementing corrective measures as required
4. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing detailed analysis and commentary
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance with accounting standards
6. Manage the day-to-day operations of the accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring efficient and accurate processing
7. Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment while promoting professional growth
