we need a person who can handle things on own..GST TDS filings , reconcilations etc .. Should be able to draft mails and communicate with vendors and clients wherever required..

Booking of Purchase bills in accounting system.
Booking of all Expenses in the accounting system.
Checking mails and replying.
GST / TDS filing.
Checking Bills with Supporting.
Advance payment to Creditors verification & collection of pending purchase bills, Statement Preparation & handover through purchase department for bills.
Purchase bills collection, follow-up with purchase department & who are engaged in Procurement of material & Services.
Preparation of details as required for Various Statutory Compliance.
Ensure audit readiness.
Reconciliation of bank accounts and various accounting ledgers.
Fund allocation for cash purchase.
Provide weekly update on debtors, creditors, cash position, upcoming regulatory requirements (Income tax, GST, TDS etc.)
