Senior Accounts Officer Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage full accounting operations using Tally ERP, including donation, bank, token, and cash voucher entries.
2. Handle banking tasks and conduct audits for organizations receiving donations.
3. Conduct center visits for asset supervision, stock management, and vendor verification.
4. Prepare and process monthly employee salaries, maintain employee records, and manage leave documentation and personal files.
5. Oversee employee and asset insurance, ensuring timely updates and management.
6. Handle employee-related Provident Fund processes.
7. Prepare Accounts MIS reports.
8. Manage procurement procedures, including purchase order creation and maintaining purchase records.
9. Coordinate and communicate with the Charity Commissioner and other internal and external stakeholders.
10. Perform various administrative tasks related to the organization, such as maintaining records of employees, accounts, banking, and purchases.
11. Assist with back-office operations and perform tasks as required on an ongoing basis.
12. Must have a minimum of 1-5 years of experience in independently managing overall accounting using Tally ERP.
13. Ensure 100% computer literacy in Tally ERP, MS Office, internet, and net banking.
14. Be flexible to work in the office, outside, or from home when required.
15. Demonstrate excellent reporting, communication, and documentation skills.
16. Exhibit honesty, integrity, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
17. Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
