We are currently seeking a Senior Architect/Interior Designer for home interior projects to join our team as a full-time Interior Designer.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Effectively manage clients and lead a team of designers.
2. Coordinate with on-site personnel for project execution.
3. Collaborate with contractors and vendors.
4. Prepare estimates and quotations.
5. Handle the profit and loss (P&L) aspects of projects.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
1. Proficiency in design, visualization, and strong communication skills.
2. Capability to effectively manage clients and lead a team of designers.
3. Strong attention to detail and the ability to coordinate with on-site personnel for project execution.
4. Proficiency in project timeline management and the ability to collaborate with contractors and vendors.
5. Competence in preparing estimates, and quotations.
6. Independence in handling the profit and loss (P&L) aspects of projects.
Requirements:
1. Education: A degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent.
2. Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray software, MS Office, and other relevant software.
