Bachelors degree in Architecture
Registration with COA
Familiarity with the statutory rules and regulations governing the Construction industry.
Up-to-date with the latest architectural designs and trends
Extensive experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
Familiarity with Revit software is highly desirable
Excellent leadership skills.

Willingness to travel
Strong and effective communication skills
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
