3. Monitor the work of other Junior Architects and make recommendations or schedule workshops as required
4. Provide guidance to subcontractors like Builders, Plumbers, and Electricians, helping them interpret design specifications
5. Ensure the team works together to achieve set goals and targets
6. Act as a mentor to new architects, helping them fine-tune their design skills and improve their industry knowledge
7. Network and connect with various industry professionals
