a. Event Planning & Coordination:
1. Lead and manage the planning and execution of events as per the curated calendar.
2. Develop and maintain event timelines, budgets, and logistical plans.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., NGO growth team, Client Engagement, Procurement and Catalogue team) to ensure smooth event coordination.
4. Coordinate with external partners, and venues for event support.
b. Stakeholder Engagement:
1. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with community partners, nonprofits and other key stakeholders.
2. Work with the client to identify and establish new partnerships aligned with the company's giving and sustainability priorities.
3. Engage employees in events and volunteer opportunities, ensuring strong participation and a sense of ownership.
c. Event Promotion & Communication:
1. Assist in the promotion of CSR events to employees, clients, and the public, ensuring alignment with the company's brand messaging and values.
2. Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on event outcomes, including feedback from participants, engagement rate, participation and other relevant details.
d. Budget Management:
1. Oversee the financial planning of events, ensuring that events are executed within budget.
2. Track and report on expenditures, ensuring proper documentation and alignment with program budgets.
e. Data Collection & Reporting:
1. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of events and initiatives.
2. Prepare post-event reports that highlight key outcomes, community impact, and any lessons learned for future programs.
f. Program Improvement & Innovation:
1. Continuously seek opportunities to improve event execution and impact by staying informed on CSR trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
2. Propose new event ideas and initiatives that drive both social impact and employee engagement.
1. 4-6 years of experience in event planning, project management, or CSR-related roles.
2. Demonstrated experience in coordinating large-scale corporate events, especially those with a focus on community engagement or social responsibility.
Qualifications: Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Nonprofit Management, Event Management, or a related field.
Skills:
1. Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
3. Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including employees, external partners, and community leaders.
