Key responsibilities:

1. Team leadership: Train & lead the customer experience team to maximize customer satisfaction.
2. Customer satisfaction analysis: Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
3. Customer query resolution: Directly handle complex customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
4. Customer experience strategy: Develop and implement customer experience strategies that align with the company's overall goals.
5. Performance management: Evaluate the performance of customer experience team and provide coaching and feedback to improve their skills.
6. Process improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the customer experience team.
