1. Build website and landing pages using Figma to communicate AntWalk value proposition
2. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
3. Design creative concepts from the briefs and bring them to life within branding guidelines
4. Designing marketing collateral for the web (including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Blogs, etc.
5. Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience
6. Design the aesthetics to be implemented within a website or product, from the layout menus and drop-down options to colors and fonts
7. Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks
8. Collaborating with the design, content & marketing team to determine objectives, deadlines, and priorities
9. Create motion graphic materials from scratch for marketing channels including website pages, social media promotion including ads (native ads) and other assets
Requirements:
1. Proficient in Figma, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Sketch, Doodle, Adobe After Effects/Premiere Pro
2. Demonstrable UI/UX design skills with a strong portfolio
3. Bachelor's Degree in Art & Design or related field
4. Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps
5. Strong portfolio of digital marketing and/or advertising campaigns
6. Strong portfolio of illustrating complex ideas in easy-to-understand visual concepts
7. Strong creative portfolio demonstrating the breadth of motion capabilities - gifs, demo videos, explainer videos, etc.
8. Fluency in current graphic design practices and using web production & motion design software - shortcuts are at your fingers play
Experience:
1. S/he must have at least 1-3 years of experience, especially for B2B companies. Edtech experience is great
2. Experience creating storyboards and site mapping
3. Have the ability to work efficiently & meticulously in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment with great organizational skills
4. Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the aptitude to communicate effectively
5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have agility in adapting to the situation
