Key responsibilities:

1. Promote management programs as per the profile of the candidate
2. Follow pre and post-sales procedures
3. Maintain connections with the candidates through meetings, calls, and mailers
4. Connect with the leads and database and convert to sales
5. Maintain database and records of the candidates
6. Contribute actively as a team player to encourage sales
7. Connect and counsel working professionals for career development programs
8. Achieve the assigned targets every month
