About the job

Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities through various channels including cold calling, networking, and industry events and convert the same into new revenue streams.
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve assigned quotas and expand our client base.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our IT services portfolio, including software development, cloud solutions, and Gen AI services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored IT solutions.
Conduct in-depth needs assessments and deliver compelling presentations that showcase the value proposition
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure a seamless and accurate understanding of client requirements.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing deals.
Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth.
Utilize data-driven insights to enhance sales strategies and improve client acquisition processes.

Qualifications:
Masters degree in Sales, Business Development, or a related field.
3-5 years of proven experience in IT services sales, preferably in a Global IT Services environment.
Strong network and ability to connect with key decision-makers in the industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into business value for clients.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Prior experience of winning client deals in industry domains like Technology, BFS (Banking, Financial Services) would be preferred.
