1. Scale the category volumes and revenues across geographies while delivering excellent customer and partner experience
2. Maintain operational excellence for assigned cities on a daily basis
3. Lead key central growth initiatives for the category over time including driving sustainable and profitable growth and building strong customer and partner loyalty at scale
4. Lead and empower a team aligned with company values
