Job profile:

We are seeking a highly experienced site supervisor with over 10 years of experience in civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site execution, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and coordinating with stakeholders. Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating and modifying construction drawings is preferred.

Key responsibilities:

1. Supervise and monitor on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans, schedules, and quality standards.
2. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and workers to ensure smooth execution of work.
3. Create and modify AutoCAD drawings as required for site execution.
4. Review and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to ensure correct implementation.
5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and government guidelines.
6. Maintain project documentation, including progress reports, material records, and drawings.
7. Optimize labor and material usage to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
8. Address and resolve any site-related challenges in coordination with the project team.

Key requirements:

Diploma in Civil Engineering with 10+ years of experience in construction site supervision.
Strong expertise in construction methodologies, materials, and quality control standards.
Ability to create and modify AutoCAD drawings for site requirements.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance requirements.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
