Senior Collection Executive Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Utilize English proficiency in both spoken and written communication to effectively communicate with clients and negotiate payment terms.
2. Demonstrate strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients and resolve any payment disputes.
3. Utilize time management skills to prioritize and manage a high volume of accounts, ensuring that all collections activities are completed in a timely manner.
4. Develop and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with clients to facilitate the collection process and build trust and rapport.
5. Analyze delinquent accounts and develop strategies to recover outstanding balances, utilizing a data-driven approach to maximize collections.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address any root causes of payment delays and develop strategies to prevent future delinquencies.
7. Provide regular updates and reports on collection activities to management, demonstrating accountability and transparency in all collection efforts.
