Senior Collection Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate timely payments and resolve any outstanding issues.
2. Analyze delinquent accounts and develop effective collection strategies to minimize bad debt risk.
3. Negotiate payment plans and settlements with clients to recover outstanding balances.
4. Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and take proactive measures to address past due accounts.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of payment delays and implement process improvements.
6. Prepare and present regular reports on collection activities, account status, and collection performance.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with collection laws and guidelines.
