About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Define key metrics for the various post-purchase domains (engagement, completion, experience, etc.) to help the product innovation team streamline operations and drive improvements
2. Understand the strategic roadmap of business stakeholders and support them in achieving the targets
3. Collaborate with the product team and data engineering team to support strategic growth initiatives
4. Develop, maintain, and optimize Tableau dashboards for business stakeholders
5. Monitor key metrics in both B2B and B2C domains, understand the nuances of each, and create ADS that cater to business requirements
6. Take complete ownership of assigned tasks from gathering requirements to building robust and scalable solutions, driving consumption, and generating business insights

Who can apply
