About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with software developers, quality assurance engineers, and IT professionals to guarantee smooth deployment, automation, and management of software infrastructure.
2. Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for multiple software applications and environments.
3. Create and maintain monitoring systems to guarantee high availability and performance for software applications.
4. Manage and enhance cloud infrastructure such as AWS.
5. Automating software deployment, configuration, and upkeep processes
6. Troubleshoot software infrastructure issues and collaborate with the team to resolve them.
7. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, then utilize them to enhance your software infrastructure.

Other requirements

Requirements:

1. Graduate/post-graduate degree in computer science or related field.

2. With 3-5 years of experience in DevOps or related fields.

3. Acquaintance with software development processes and methodologies.

4. Experience with continuous integration/delivery tools such as Jenkins would be advantageous.

5. Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS.

6. Excellent scripting skills in Shell, Bash, or Python.

7. Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack is essential.

8. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

9. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

10. Good to know any programming languages like C, C++, JavaScript, Java, Python, and databases like MongoDB, RDS, MySQL, etc.

11. Good to have AWS global certification.

12. Good to have certifications in AWS cloud practitioner & solution architect.
