Required skills include:
1. 5 to 8 years of relevant experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 online and/or on-premises (candidates with 2-5 years of experience can also apply)
2. Experience with Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate, and Data Verse is nice to have
3. Excellent UI design skills
4. In-depth hands-on knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, the entity model, the security model, and web services
5. In-depth hands-on knowledge of the Xrm framework
6. Extensive .NET Framework and C# development experience including experience with the D365 API, REST/ODATA, JavaScript, and web service endpoints
7. Hands-on experience architecting solutions that involve D365 customization to include server-side code, custom business logic, integration modules, workflow assemblies, and plug-ins
8. Advanced knowledge of SQL Server development will be considered a plus
9. Excellent client-facing written and oral communication skills
10. Good experience in agile methodology using either Azure DevOps or any similar tool is desirable
11. Microsoft Certifications are highly desirable
