About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage transactional HR operations, including employee records management, HR documentation, payroll coordination, and compliance tracking.
2. Process and maintain HRMS data with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring timely updates and reporting.
3. Leverage data-driven insights to streamline HR workflows and improve efficiency.
4. Facilitate and support the performance management process, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
5. Address employee grievances, drive conflict resolution, and ensure a fair and transparent work environment.
6. Identify training and development needs, collaborate with the L&D team, and implement relevant programs.
7. Drive employee engagement initiatives, culture-building activities, and HR policies to enhance workplace satisfaction.
8. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices.
9. Support recruitment efforts by partnering with hiring managers to ensure timely hiring of the right talent.
10. Analyze HR metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to management for decision-making.

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field.

2. Experience: 1 - 2 years of experience in HRBP or similar HR roles with a strong focus on transactional HR processes.

3. Strong understanding of HR functions, employment laws, and compliance.

4. Proficiency in using HRMS tools and data-driven approaches to HR.

5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

6. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle a fast-paced work environment.

7. Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,50,000 - 6,75,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 4,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 50,000 - 75,000 /year
