1. Pick up the phone and make calls
2. Promote our software, its features, and other services through email marketing
3. Assist the Metal Cloud sales team in setting up demos/appointments (video or F2F) by conducting market research for lead generation and lead verification, matching customer profiles to products
4. Find out different sources to tap the possible potential clients (through magazines, leads received post any exhibition, online marketing campaign, SEOs, etc.)
5. Prepare a database in a CRM system with a list of prospective clients and own it
6. Ensure to keep the client database up to date, keeping them warm (the follow-up game should be very strong ensuring that we do not lose out on any client)
7. Keep the communication open and work in tandem with the metal cloud onboarding and other support teams
Requirements:
1. Graduated candidates (must)
2. Minimum 1-year experience in lead generation/customer service/inside sales
3. Preferable from an internet/software/e-commerce background
4. Strong communication skills in English, and Hindi
5. A self-starter
6. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
7. An understanding of the customer first principle
8. Never bored of speaking to clients in the friendliest and most timely manner
9. Ability to ensure the job gets done

He/she will be majorly responsible for generating and managing potential leads for our SaaS platform (Metal Cloud) and own and manage CRM (customer relationship management). The goal is to explore 10,000+ metal manufacturers in India and convert them to potential leads.
Candidates who accept an offer may join within 1 hour, 1 week or up to 45days of signing - though, we have a preference for as short a gap period between signing and joining since we're at the most exciting part of our journey - laying the foundation for the NowPurchase platform.
