About the job

As a senior executive in business development and sales within the mental health domain, you will play a key role in supporting senior management with presales activities, driving growth, and expanding market presence. You will contribute to the implementation of strategic initiatives, develop strong client relationships, and help execute sales plans to meet revenue goals. This role demands a deep understanding of the mental health landscape, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

1. Understanding client needs:
i. Initiate the presales process by conducting thorough research on potential clients in the mental health sector, understanding their current processes, pain points, and desired outcomes.
2. Supporting business development strategies:
i. Assist in the creation and execution of business development strategies tailored to the mental health industry. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and industry trends.
3. Working on sales support and coordination:
i. Provide end-to-end support in the sales cycle, from cold calling and lead generation to proposal development and contract negotiation. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
4. Handling client relationship management:
i. Support the nurturing and management of client relationships. Assist in addressing client inquiries, understanding their needs, and offering solutions to increase client satisfaction and retention.
5. Working on sales reporting and analysis:
i. Assist in tracking sales performance and preparing detailed reports for senior management. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
6. Providing marketing support:
i. Work with the marketing team to develop sales presentations, collateral, and promotional materials. Support campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive market penetration.
7. Working on cross-functional collaboration:
i. Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, and operations teams to ensure business development efforts align with company goals.
8. Handling administrative tasks:
i. Manage CRM databases, coordinate meetings, and handle other administrative duties related to business development and sales.
9. Developing professionally:
i. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in mental health. Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
