About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Achieve collection targets of the respective branch assigned
2. Ensure meeting of PI targets within the specified cost limit on monthly basis
3. Meet the target on the cost of collections
4. Ensure legal guidelines are complied with the entire collection structure in letter and spirit
5. Ensure that the collection agencies and executives adhere to the legal guidelines provided by the law in force
6. Ensure adherence to the code of conduct
7. Monitor collection agencies and executives continuously to identify fraudulent practices and ensure that no loss is incurred due to such activities
