The role is responsible for providing leadership and strategic planning for outsourcing samples to different partner labs and delivering service quality.
Key responsibilities:
1. Understand and follow the outsourcing process and parameters
2. Work on the identification of partner labs and coordination with partner labs
3. Schedule and close follow-up of collections as per client requirements
4. Maintain collection in and out register
5. Work on MIS data like schedule, price, invoice, etc., for all partner labs to be maintained
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 10%
3. Other incentives: 10%
